AN UNBEATEN weekend meant league points and cup progression for East Lothian’s football sides.
Tranent, Haddington Athletic and Preston Athletic all picked up league wins while Musselburgh Athletic came through in the Scottish Cup.
Meanwhile, Dunbar United and Ormiston Primrose also added to their points tally with draws.
At Foresters Park, Tranent put back-to-back defeats behind them with a five-star display against Bo’ness United.
Jamie McMurdo opened the scoring on 40 minutes and Harry Girdwood quickly made it 2-0 before the break.
McMurdo doubled his tally for the afternoon before the visitors managed to pull one back.

However, any chance of a comeback was killed off when Euan Bauld found the net to make the score 4-1.
Finally, Ryan Murray blasted home to wrap up the scoring.
Elsewhere, Musselburgh Athletic came through in the Scottish Cup with an impressive 3-1 win at Hill of Beath Hawthorn.
A lightning fast start had the visitors two goals up in the first seven minutes as Aiden Walsh and Liam Buchanan scored.
Hill of Beath pulled one back early in the second half but Jackson Barker settled any nerves with nine minutes left.
