East Lothian Swim Team (ELST) travelled north over the weekend to compete in the North District Open Championships held at the Aberdeen Aquatics Centre.

This meet attracted some of the best swimmers from across the country.

Being an open championship, swimmers competed against each other regardless of age and thus medalling or qualifying for a final was a significant achievement.
