TEAM East Lothian (TEL) could be among the prizewinners at a ceremony celebrating the best of Scottish athletics.

Scottishathletics’ 4J annual awards takes place at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow on October 29.

He competed at the European Under-18 Championships in Israel before taking gold at the Track and Field Schools International Championships in Belfast.

Team East Lothian is also up for ‘Off-track Club of the Year’ and ‘Janice Eaglesham MBE Para Development Club of the Year’.

And TEL chairman Stuart Donnelly is one of four shortlisted for the Volunteer of the Year prize.

The chairman of TEL is on the shortlist alongside Maureen Stewart and Annabel Bain, of Stornoway RAC, and Andrew Ronald, of Falkirk Victoria Harriers.
