MUSSELBURGH-born rugby star Huw Jones returns to the Scotland line-up as they take on Samoa at BT Murrayfield on Saturday.
The centre, who grew up in the Honest Toun, will wear the number 13 jersey and partner soon-to-be Glasgow Warriors team-mate Alex Dunbar in midfield.
It is Jones' (pictured below, image courtesy Scottish Rugby/SNS Group) first international appearance since the win over Italy, a hamstring injury forced him to miss the summer tour to Singapore, Australia and Fiji.
John Barclay will once more lead the side in the absence of Greig Laidlaw while Edinburgh prop Darryl Marfo will win his first cap.
A further two uncapped players have been named on the bench, another of Jones' future club colleagues, prop Jamie Bhatti and Newcastle Falcons back Chris Harris.
The Samoans have endured a difficult build-up to the match, with the country's prime minister Tuila'epa Sailele Malielegaoi declaring the Samoa Rugby Union, of which he is chairman, is bankrupt.

Gregor Townsend, Scotland head coach, said: “We’re looking forward to playing three very good teams this autumn and Samoa will be a big challenge for us first up.
“We have approached this game – like we will for all our games this season – knowing that to achieve success we will have to play close to our very best.
“Samoa are a very dangerous team with a number of top quality players.”
