Tranent Cricket Club have appointed a head coach for the first time.
Neil Craigmile has been given the role of leading the club, as head coach, while he will be assisted by Fraser Reynolds.
Craigmile has coached a number of regional sides, and is focused on driving the squad forward, and Reynolds, is currently involved coaching national age-group sides
Amjad Shaikh, the club's president said he was "delighted" with the new appointments.
He added: "It shows the club is committed to involving more people within the community club and providing a quality of coaching many other senior clubs would be jealous of."
Aiden Hoenigmann will also be involved in the coaching set-up, as well as continuing his playing career, as he continues to coach at primary school level, with a view to introducing youngsters to the sport.
