MORE than a dozen six-foot-tall lighthouses will be auctioned off next Friday (September 4).
The works of art have been on display across North Berwick throughout the summer.
Soon, they will be auctioned off for national respite charity Leuchie.
The charity, based near the East Lothian town, partnered with Wild in Art as a celebration of the organisation’s 15-year anniversary as an independent charity.
The Lighthouse Art Trail follows in the footsteps of the hugely successful Big Hare Trail in 2021, when giant statues of the animals raised a total of £115,000.
The latest trail was supported by two headline sponsors: McInroy & Wood, a Haddington-based investment firm, and The 1901 Group, a London-based financial firm specialising in Scotch whisky.

The last Wild in Art grand auction lots raised between £5,000 and £15,000 per sculpture.
