SWIMMERS lacking in confidence are being urged to head along to Haddington’s Aubigny Sports Centre.
Buddy swimming sessions run throughout the school term for an hour from 10.30am.
A spokesperson for the sessions said: “Our Ageing Well volunteers will meet you at the pool and join you in the water to ensure that you have the support you require.”
