AS FRINGE by the Sea (FBTS) heads into its final weekend, there is still plenty to look forward to, with big-name interviews, live music, family entertainment and comedy on the bill.
Families looking for something a little different can catch Plants Can Dance, running daily at 10.30am, 1pm and 3pm.
The interactive show demonstrates how plants alone can transform electrical signals into a unique symphony, intriguing to adults and youngsters alike.
Food lovers can also enjoy Còmhla by the Sea, with the popular pop-up restaurant serving throughout the remainder of the festival.
The Lighthouse Live stage will also continue hosting an array of free performances from budding county musicians.
At 2pm today (Friday), Fred MacAulay returns to The Famous Grouse Lodge Stage alongside actor and writer Greg McHugh, who steps in as a last-minute replacement for Greg Hemphill.
Traditional Scottish dancing takes centre stage with the Big Top ceilidh featuring The Jacobites from 3pm to 4pm, before Swing Dance with the Biggar Big Band gets under way at 7pm in The Famous Grouse Lodge.
Before heading to Belle and Sebastian's performance tonight (Friday) of If You're Feeling Sinister in the Big Top at 8pm, make sure to take your full vocals to Live Band Massaoke with North Berwick band Side Hustle at The Famous Grouse Lodge.
Saturday offers more family entertainment with Kevin Quantum, whose fast-paced mix of magic, science and comedy takes over The Famous Grouse Lodge Stage from 11.15am until 12.15pm.
Veteran broadcaster Kate Adie appears in conversation in the Big Top from 11.45am to 1pm, before ska favourites Bombskare perform from 4pm to 5pm. T
The evening rounds off with electronic duo Maribou State headlining the Big Top at 8pm.
The festival's final day, Sunday, begins with Hamish McGregor & The Jazzmen on The Famous Grouse Lodge Stage from 11.45am to 1pm.
Political satirist and journalist Ian Hislop appears in conversation in the Big Top from noon, while MASSAOKE: Sing the Movies takes over the main stage at 3.15pm.
Scottish artist LEVI.SCT performs in the Big Top from 7pm to 8.15pm before the festival draws to a close with Corbett's Comedy Cabaret on The Famous Grouse Lodge Stage beginning at 8.30pm.
A spokesperson for the festival said: "The first weekend went like a rocket with sell-out shows and the Lodge Grounds alive with residents and visitors enjoying the sunshine.
"The tartan-clad audience for Bay City Rollers sang along to the greatest hits, and those at Rudimental had a fantastic time. Our fastest ever sold out show, Louis Theroux, was brilliant as well as very funny. O
"Our new love of Life strand saw a wonderful parade of gannet puppets walk from the Harbour to the festival, followed by a beautiful show with music inspired by the Bass Rock composed by Erland Cooper.
"Here's to the rest of the festival with great music from Maribou State and LEVI.SCT to the final show, Corbett's Comedy Cabaret on Sunday evening."
