SCOTLAND'S newest offshore wind farm, located off the East Lothian coast, has won a top industry award.

Neart na Gaoithe (NnG), fully operational since earlier this year, won the Outstanding Project Award at this year's Scottish Green Energy Awards.

The wind farm was recognised for its resilience and innovation in overcoming significant technical and operational challenges.

The awards ceremony, held in Edinburgh last Thursday, featured 14 categories and celebrated projects and people from across the renewable energy sector.
