REHEARSALS are well under way for a festive panto as youngsters get ready to step out in front of the spotlights.
Musical theatre group Centre Stage, based in Tranent, will put on its annual Christmas performance over three nights in December, this year inviting audiences to enjoy the story of Jock and the Beanstalk.
Tickets are now on sale for the show and available to purchase from the Loch Centre or any member of the production team or cast.
Last year saw the group put on a successful festive variety performance featuring dance, singing and comedy skits.
The show will take place at 7pm on December 3, 4 and 5 at the Loch Centre.
Tickets cost £7 and block bookings for groups are available by contacting Centre Stage on Facebook or sending an email to centrestage1979@gmail.com
Centre Stage is run by a team of volunteers in roles including producers, choreographers, stage direction, wardrobe and props, as well as several admin-based positions.
Together, they work with children, adults, parents and volunteers across the community to put on two shows per year.
