TIME is running out for people to take on a unit at a busy industrial estate.
East Lothian Council is inviting offers from those looking to rent the unit on Dunbar’s Spott Road Industrial Estate.
The unit benefits from two full-height roller shutter doors, as well as space outside for vehicles.
Offers in excess of £7,800 per year are being invited before 1pm next Friday (August 15).
The unit was previously used as a workshop, with the building also featuring a small office, storage space and a toilet.
