ESPC reveals most popular homes in East Lothian for June

ESPC, a property portal website that covers East Lothian, has revealed the 10 most popular properties in the area on espc.com during June 2025.

The featured homes varied widely in size, style, and price, but three-bedroom properties came out on top with six out of the ten homes featuring this property type - highlighting strong demand among families and larger households.

Prices ranged dramatically, from £185,000 to £670,000, attracting a diverse mix of buyers including first-time buyers, growing families, and downsizers.

In terms of location, properties were spread out across the county, with three listed properties in Musselburgh, and two each in Dunbar and Haddington.

Five out of the 10 homes listed on espc.com are marked as under offer, highlighting the appeal of living in East Lothian.
