A 33-YEAR-OLD man thought to have been involved in a crash has been traced “safe” by police.
Officers believed that Jordan Douglas, who has connections to Tranent, was driving a black Vauxhall Vivaro, which was found crashed on a private road off the A1107 in the Scottish Borders.
The van was “extensively damaged” in the incident.

An appeal was launched to trace Mr Douglas but Police Scotland have now issued an update.
They said: “We can confirm that Jordan Douglas, 33, who had been reported missing in the Scottish Borders has been traced safe.
“Thank you to everyone who helped with our earlier appeal.”
