A HADDINGTON man behaved in an abusive manner and damaged household items in a disturbance at his partner’s home.
Connor Sands shouted, swore and caused damage to mirrors and a door at the property in Bonnyrigg, Midlothian, on February 18 last year.
Sands, of Seggarsdean Crescent, also acted aggressively towards police officers after he had been arrested by shouting and swearing at them.
He also repeatedly struck his head against the cage while inside a police van and made offensive remarks while being taken to a police station.
The 30-year-old pleaded guilty to two offences when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last week and sentence was deferred to next month for social work reports.
