TWO county men have appeared in court to admit drug supply charges.
Paul Carnegie, 52, and Jason McNamara, of James Street, Musselburgh, were found to be concerned in the supply of quantities of Class A drugs to others in 2022.
Carnegie and McNamara, 50, supplied diamorphine from Carnegie’s home at Park Gardens in Musselburgh between April 8 and June 14, 2022.
Carnegie was also caught supplying cocaine to others from his home between February 22 and June 14, 2022.
Both men appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Wednesday to plead guilty to the offences.
Co-accused 56-year-old Duncan Chambers pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a quantity of cannabis at Carnegie’s home on June 14, 2022.
Chambers, of Albert Close, Wallyford, was admonished by Sheriff Christopher Dickson and Carnegie and McNamara had their sentences deferred for the preparation of social work reports.
