A 10-YEAR-OLD girl reported missing this morning (Monday) has been found “safe and well”.
Police urged members of the public to help trace Sophia Timms, who was last seen at about 8.30am on Dunbar’s Belhaven Road and possibly heading towards the High Street or Countess Crescent.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland took to social media shortly after 1.30pm to confirm the youngster had been found.

They said: “Sophia Timms, 10, reported missing in Dunbar, has been traced safe and well.
“Thank you to everyone who shared and responded to our appeal.”
