A MUSSELBURGH man behaved aggressively towards his partner and shouted threats of violence towards her during an argument at his home.
David Hogg shouted, swore and struggled with the woman at the house on the town’s Eskview Crescent on January 6.
Hogg pleaded guilty to the domestic abuse charge during an appearance at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Wednesday.
The 33-year-old also had a not guilty plea accepted to assaulting his partner during the same incident.
Hogg was fined £290 and the court decided that no non-harassment order was to be imposed.
