A long-closed Chinese takeaway could be back in business - if the right operator comes forward.
Quality House, a once-popular takeaway on North Berwick's Quality Street, shut about five years ago.
The business is now for sale, via rightbiz.co.uk, and includes a licence to sell hot food. It is described as an "excellent trading location" in a "high footfall area".
The description adds: "This property represents a rare opportunity to operate a hot food takeaway business in a prime location on Quality Street in North Berwick.
"Available with vacant possession, previously trading as a highly regarded and popular Chinese takeaway. The unit is pretty much in shell condition so investment will be required to kit out.
"A new lease of a flexible length is offered."
North Berwick has one Chinese takeaway currently, Lucky House, on High Street.
