FOUR warnings have been issued after a road check was carried out on the A1.
Roads police officers teamed up with enforcement officers from the DVSA (Driving and Vehicles Standards Agency) on Thursday.
In total, 27 light goods vehicles and 21 heavy goods vehicles were checked on the busy road near Dunbar.
Police took to social media to highlight that seven driver hours offences were detected, while a vehicle defect rectification scheme ticket was issued.
