PREPARATIONS are well under way for this year’s Cockenzie and Port Seton Community Gala, which starts next month.
The Klones kick off the gala events at Cockenzie and Port Seton Royal British Legion on May 25.
Tickets are £15, with the music getting under way at 7.30pm.
A raffle will also be held on the night, with prizes including hair and beauty vouchers, Bluetooth speakers and a fourball at Longniddry Golf Club.

On May 27, the annual football tournament will take place, with a race night the following day and a pet show on May 29.
Cockenzie and Port Seton Bowling Club hosts a hat night the following night, before the shows arrive in King George V Park from 4pm to 7pm on May 31.
Gala day takes place on June 1 and a gala ball will take place at Cockenzie and Port Seton Royal British Legion on June 8.
