McDonald's, Dunbar
RAPID electric vehicle (EV) charging stations could be created outside East Lothian’s only McDonald’s restaurant.
Plans have been revealed to install two rapid EV charging stations in the car park at the Dunbar fast-food chain.
Under the plans from InstaVolt Ltd, four existing parking spaces at the restaurant off the A1 would become EV charging bays.
A decision from East Lothian Council’s planning department is expected by the middle of April.
