THE Incredible Spice Men – renowned Scottish chef Tony Singh and chef Cyrus Todiwala – will bring some spice to the menu at The Bonnie Badger.

The two spice-loving chefs will take over the kitchen at the Gullane restaurant, working closely with chef Tom Kitchin and his team to create a spice-inspired, four-course menu.

Hosted in the award-winning The Stables restaurant, guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail, shaken and stirred by Tony, whose dinner party cocktails have become legendary thanks to his popular Supper Club.

Guests will then be invited to enjoy a special meal created by the three chefs, using the best Scottish produce and showcasing Tony and Cyrus’s signature passion for spice, creating a captivating culinary experience.

The evening, on Wednesday, will be peppered with anecdotes from Tony and Cyrus, as they are grilled by Tom.

The Incredible Spice Men come from different countries, cultures and religions but share a sincere passion for cooking, eating and spicing.

They joined forces in 2013 to launch a cookbook – The Incredible Spice Men – accompanied by a television series first broadcast on the BBC that year.

Guests will have plenty of opportunity to chat to Tony and Cyrus as they present each of the dishes on the menu, telling stories of the ideas and inspiration behind each.

The event begins at 7pm as guests are greeted with a welcome cocktail and canapés, before being seated to enjoy the four-course spice-inspired menu, followed by tea or coffee.

Reservations for the event are £150 per person.
