HUNDREDS of youngsters have been given a day off school after a power failure.
Dunbar Primary School’s Lochend Campus is currently closed due to the issue.
A spokesperson for East Lothian Council told the Courier this morning (Friday) that the neighbouring John Muir Campus was unaffected.
The Lochend Campus is home to more than 550 pupils in P4 to P7.
The council spokesperson said: “Families have been informed and will be updated as soon as possible if the issue is rectified.”
