A TRANENT man who admitted supplying a Class B drug to others will be sentenced next month.
Lee Mitchell admitted being concerned in the supply of cannabis from his former home on the town’s Coalgate Avenue.
Mitchell, now of Northfield, pleaded guilty to the offence in front of Sheriff Wendy Sheehan on January 17.
Sentence was deferred to last Wednesday but, when the case called, the sheriff was informed that the social work report previously called for was not yet available.
Sheriff Sheehan agreed to defer sentence for the report and a restriction of liberty order assessment for a second time to March 19.
Mitchell pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cannabis from an address on Coalgate Avenue, Tranent, on August 4, 2022.
