An evening in celebration of one of East Lothian’s most famous sportsmen takes place at The Fraser Centre next month.
‘The Flying Scotsman’ will look back at the career of world sidecar champion Jock Taylor, from Pencaitland, who won many races during his short career, which started in 1978 and ended with his tragic death aged just 24 in 1982.
The evening will also look at current motorcyclist Lewis Rollo, from Gifford, looking back on his 2014 season.
The event takes place on March 2 at 7pm for a 10pm finish.
Tickets cost £10 and can be purchased by contacting Lee Rollo Stewart on 07816 221763.
