MORE than £4,000 of drugs have been found after a police search of a property in Tranent.
Officers from the East Lothian Community Action Team were joined yesterday (Thursday) by community officers in carrying out a search warrant at an address in the Kings Road area.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “During the search in excess of £4,000 worth of class A drugs was recovered, along with various items associated with the supply of drugs.
“A female was arrested and charged in connection with being concerned in the supply of drugs.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
