A BID has been made to allow a snack van to remain in place at a harbour until almost the end of the decade.
Planning permission was given to Nisa Jordan in 2005 for the siting of a mobile snack bar at Fisherrow Harbour in Musselburgh.
That permission has regularly been extended.
Now East Lothian Council has been asked to extend the timeframe once again, this time until March 2029.
Planning officials will consider the application from Mrs Jordan and a decision is due by the end of next month.
