A BAKERY that is relocating to East Lothian has been given the green light for signs at its new premises.
Edinburgh’s Company Bakery, which supplies more than 10,000 loaves and pastries to some of Scotland’s leading delis, cafes, restaurants and hotels, was given the go-ahead to transform a warehouse on Musselburgh’s Station Road into a shop, cafe and bakery last year.
Now East Lothian Council has given further permission for advertising consent for signs on the building.
The latest application was approved after attracting no objections. The planning officer’s report described the various signs as not being “prominent, intrusive or incongruous displays within the building”.
