Bostock Bakery is based on North Berwick High Street
A BAKERY on North Berwick High Street could expand to focus on a cafe offering, under plans lodged with East Lothian Council.
Bostock Bakery, which specialises in breads and French-style pastries, is looking to expand into the vacant shop next door (formerly Coastal Kids).
Currently, Bostock Bakery holds a few tables for indoor dining.
The proposals for change of use and alterations to two shops to form one cafe are being considered by the council’s planning department.
A decision is anticipated next month.
