SWIMMERS struggling with confidence are being urged to sign up for new weekly sessions.
The Aubigny Sports Centre is hosting buddy swim sessions.
Ageing Well volunteers will meet people at the pool and join them in the water to ensure they have the required support.
The sessions take place from 10.30am each Thursday, excluding school holidays, and cost £2.60.
