A MUSSELBURGH man who breached his bail conditions will be sentenced next month.
Stephen Turner, of Balcarres Street, was granted bail on a separate offence at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on December 21 last year, with a condition banning him from entering Pinkie Avenue.
But the 42-year-old breached the order when he was caught entering an address at the street earlier this month.
Sheriff Robert Fife deferred sentence to next month.
