TRANENT Library and Port Seton Library will again open every Saturday following a review by East Lothian Council.
It was announced last month that both libraries would only open on alternate Saturdays due to staff shortages.
However, both buildings will again open every Saturday.
The buildings will be open from 10am to 1pm every Saturday from this weekend.
An East Lothian Council spokesperson said: “We are pleased to confirm that Port Seton and Tranent Libraries will return to opening 10am to 1pm each Saturday from Saturday, January 20, 2024.”
