A BUSY road into Cockenzie and Port Seton will close tomorrow (Friday) “during working hours” to allow utility works to take place.
The B6371 will be closed from the roundabout by Alder Road to the junction with The Chimneys.
The route will be closed from about 8.30am to 4.30pm.
A diversion route will take motorists into Prestonpans via the B1361, Station Road, West Loan, Ayres Wynd, High Street and back into Cockenzie via the B1348 and East Lorimer Place.
