ABOUT 70 children enjoyed festive fun at Christmas parties in Whitecraig organised by the village’s gala team on Saturday.
A gala spokesperson said: “Both parties went well, loads of happy and excited kids getting into the festive spirit.
“We had fun playing games and party dances – even Santa joined in at the end.”
The separate parties for children in nursery-P3 and P4-7 were held at the Whitecraig Village Hub for the first time.
“It was a great venue to use,” said the gala spokesperson.
All the children received a gift from Santa and other goodies to take home.
The parties were fundraising events for the gala in 2024.
The amount raised will be announced once the sale of Christmas crafts, reindeer food, hot chocolate cones and soaps comes to an end.
“We are looking forward to next year and would like to say a big thanks to the businesses and individuals for supporting the event,” said the gala spokesperson.
