TRACTOR drivers have been warned not to use their mobile phones while driving.
Police highlighted the issue on social media and the potential punishments that could be dished out.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “We have been made aware of tractor drivers in the East Lothian area using their mobile phones whilst driving.
“This is a reckless and dangerous act and puts lives at risk.
“You will receive a £200 fine and six penalty points if you are caught.
“Please refrain from using mobile phones regardless of what vehicle you are driving.”
