A MAN has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with allegedly riding an e-scooter on the pavement in Port Seton.
Roads policing officers took to social media last night (Tuesday) to highlight that they had stopped a person on the village’s Links Road.
They said: “They didn’t have a valid driving licence or any insurance.
“E-scooters can only be used on private land with consent of the owner.
“Male reported to COPFS (Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service).”
