Edinburgh Sheriff Court
A MUSSELBURGH man brandished a mallet and made derogatory comments during a disturbance in the town.
Jake Dawson also shouted, acted in an aggressive manner and challenged others to fight with him at Lochend Road North on June 17, 2021.
Dawson, 22, pleaded guilty to the offence of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Wednesday.
Sheriff Iain Nicol deferred sentence on Dawson, of Pinkie Terrace, to May next year for him to be of good behaviour.
