A SEARCH has been launched to try to recruit two new school crossing patrol guides.
East Lothian Council is looking for people to fill positions in Musselburgh and Tranent.
The Musselburgh role would be on Market Street outside the town’s Campie Primary School while the successful candidate in Tranent would be based on Brotherstones Way, near the town’s Windygoul Primary School.
The deadline for each post, which would be on a salary of between £19,891 and £20,037, is Sunday (November 19).
