SIXTEEN members of the walking group of the Edinburgh and Lothians Prostate Cancer Support Group (ELPSG) have toasted a special milestone.
The walkers celebrated 10 years of walking by trekking from Haddington to Lennoxlove and back.
Starting at The Loft in the centre of Haddington, the group ended in the Tyneside Tavern for lunch.
A spokesperson for the group encouraged people to find out more by going to elprostatecancersupport.co.uk
Speaking about the walk, which was held last month, the spokesperson said: “A cake was specially made to celebrate the event and organised by Eric March, one of the members from East Lothian.
“The group, specifically for men who have prostate cancer, was started by Iain Sime 10 years ago.
“They meet about every two months for walks in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.
“ELPSG meets every three months in the Maggie’s centre in Edinburgh, where everyone is welcomed.”
