SIXTY years since the death of author CS Lewis will be marked in Haddington on Sunday.
The author of The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe also had a deep interest in cosmology.
The Garleton Singers will mark Lewis’s death and his interest in a special concert at 7.30pm.
The main work is a recent composition by James Whitbourn.
Other music at St Mary’s Parish Church includes Song for St Cecilia by local composer Ken Johnston, the opening titles of the film Shadowlands, and Vaughan Williams’ Serenade to Music in a new arrangement.
Tickets, costing from £3 to £16, are available garletonsingers.co.uk, choir members, or Kesley’s Bookshop.
