Longdykes Road, Prestonpans
A GIRL was struck by a car in Prestonpans yesterday, police have confirmed.
The incident took place on Longdykes Road during the evening and involved a single car.
Officers conformed that there were no serious injuries but their enquiries remain at an early stage.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “On the evening of Tuesday, October 24, police received a report of a crash involving a car and a child in the Longdykes Road area of Prestonpans.
"There were no serious injuries reported and enquiries are at an early stage.”
