A MUSSELBURGH man who was banned from entering Port Seton and contacting his partner breached the court order just three weeks after it was issued.
William Campbell was told that he could not enter the village or have any contact with the woman when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on April 14.
But the 54-yearold was spotted attending an address on Poplar Park and attempting to make contact with the woman on May 6.
He was arrested and charged, and pleaded guilty to the offence during a hearing at the same court earlier this year.
Campbell, of Watt’s Close, was due to be sentenced on Monday but sentence was deferred to later this month.
