A STOREROOM above a bookshop is to be turned into a two-bedroom flat.
Simon Kesley was given the green light by East Lothian Council’s planning department for the changes to the first floor property above Kesley’s Bookshop on Market Street.
Under the plans, two storage rooms on the first floor would become a home with two bedrooms, a lounge/kitchen and a bathroom.
