EAST Lothian Libraries has launched a health and wellbeing web page to encourage people to stay healthy.
The page features a range of categories advising on ways to be active and connect with others.
There are several groups and organisations listed that can help people stay healthy, as well as the different activities available.
All the activities listed, from mental health services to gentle exercise, are available at libraries and other community facilities across East Lothian.
An East Lothian Libraries spokesperson said: “Through these pages we share how your library can help you to support your health and well-being. Our libraries can support you to connect, be active, learn, take notice, and give. On our ‘information you can trust’ pages you will discover a variety of links to reliable and trusted sources and organisations.”
