CAST members are being sought for a production of Disney’s High School Musical in Musselburgh.

The show is being staged by Musselburgh-based Clark’s Concert Party in October.

Spokesperson Irene Grant said: “Many of our kids have moved on, as they always do, but, due to the pandemic, we appear to have lost continuity and the older ones passing on by word of mouth how great an organisation this is.

“So we are just about starting from scratch, for the first time since 1959, and looking in particular for younger children to come along and try us.

“We offer singing, dancing and acting lessons in a very relaxed atmosphere. Games are played too, and all for free.

“We do not charge anything at all and even take children on outings free or at a reduced rate for our members.”
