LIVE music and a celebration of Dunbar Harbour takes place this weekend.

Sparkling Dunbar Harbour Festival was created by Thelma Band in 2012 and lives on since she passed away.

Yvonne Wemyss, who has been involved in 10 of the 11 festivals, was looking forward to the two-day event.

She said: “It has got such a great line-up this year, with live bands and traders.

“It is basically to promote Dunbar Harbour and everything it has to offer.

“It is all about the community and is a free event for all ages from near and far.

“We have got live music, craft stalls, rowing tasters and we have got an archery taster on the Saturday as well.”

Entertainment takes place from 2pm to 6pm on Saturday before an outdoor ceilidh gets under way at 7pm.

There is more on offer the following day from noon to 4pm.
