A UNIQUE venture is bringing foodies and cycling enthusiasts together.

The Ezee Riders’ Electric Bike Foodie Tour gives participants the chance to enjoy a wide array of East Lothian cuisine while taking in the county’s beautiful scenery.

It is organised by Ezee Riders, which provides electric bike tours, rentals, and sales, with a focus on sustainability, enjoyment, and local experiences.

The tour takes people on a journey through some of the most picturesque locations in the county, while also exploring the history and culture of the area.

Starting just outside of North Berwick, the Electric Bike Foodie Tour covers a distance of about 15 miles and is led by expert guides.

These guides take participants on a “delightful” journey to some of the county’s unique local food and drink establishments.

They “will taste some of East Lothian’s best-kept culinary secrets, learn about the passionate producers behind the food, and explore the area’s fascinating culture and heritage.”

Tina O’Rourke, of North Berwick, owner of Ezee Riders, said: “By visiting some of East Lothian’s iconic landmarks and sampling the dishes loved by locals, participants will get a true taste of Scotland’s Food and Drink County. Our Electric Bike Foodie Tour offers the opportunity to experience some of the county’s finest culinary delights while immersing oneself in its breathtaking landscapes and cultural heritage.”

The tour is aimed at adults of all ages and fitness levels, with the electric bikes making it easy to explore the area without breaking a sweat.

The bikes are also environmentally friendly, allowing participants to enjoy the beauty of the countryside while minimising their carbon footprint.

Tours take place most Thursdays and Saturdays. Find out more at: www.ezeeriders.co.uk/tours
