VANDALS have targeted two shops this morning (Sunday).
A police investigation has been launched after premises on both Musselburgh High Street and Tranent High Street were vandalised.
The window at the Cancer Research UK premises in Musselburgh was smashed while Greggs in Tranent was also vandalised.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland told the Courier that the incident in Musselburgh was reported at about 4.40am while the incident in Tranent was reported at about 6.10am.
Enquiries are ongoing into both incidents and anyone with information should contact Police Scotland on 101.
