Ormiston Gala returned on Saturday as revellers enjoyed a day out in the sun in the village
After a successful campaign last year to save the gala, organisers were glad to locals out in force to support the day once again.
This year will marked the first time the gala has had a king as well as a queen, with Logan Voy and Lucy Thomson chosen for the roles.
The gala committee said that the selection of a king was a nod to the coronation of King Charles III.
