FRESHLY-COOKED pizza could be on the menu for visitors to an East Lothian harbour.
Van Dough Bros are looking to bring their tasty Italian dish to Fisherrow Harbour, in Musselburgh.
A retrospective planning application is now being weighed up by East Lothian Council’s planning department.
The document reads: “We are applying for planning approval to sit a mobile pizza van at Fisherrow Harbour Seafront.
“We plan to trade to the public on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings between the hours of 3pm and 9pm selling fresh dough wood-fired pizza.”
A bin will be sited next to the van while the developer also noted that all pizza boxes could be recycled or composted.
A decision could be made before the end of next month.
